This spirituality themed blog is written and curated by Mary Frank, executive director and educator at Temple Or Rishon. Temple Or Rishon is a reform synagogue located outside of Sacramento in Orangevale, California. In searching to fill a need in her own life, Mary created and leads a spirituality group that meets twice per month at Or Rishon. In addition to guided and silent meditation, the group has embarked on an ambitious journey to create a timeline and lifemap with the goal of looking back to look forward and move into the future with the intention of leading a life that honors G-d.
